It has been awhile since I've blogged anything. Not because I don't have ideas. Here is the latest:
There are two places, at least, that depict the Power of His wings. I love them both. Familiar verses.
Psalm 91:1 As you dwell in the secret place of Most High, you find that you are abiding under the SHADOW OF HIS WINGS.
Malachi 4:2 As we fear His name (respect Him as the final power) the Sun of righteousness shall rise WITH HEALING IN HIS WINGS.
You've got to LOVE these wings! Protective, powerful, full of goodness and peace. Gracious! Beautiful! But we forget to go there or at least to STAY THERE. Abide there! Does it take a serious catastrophe for us to put aside our human ideas of how to proceed. Under His WINGS I will TRUST! Psalm 36:7. So there's a third. There are so many. We take a lot of reminding, yes? I do.
